This meeting will take place in conjunction with the Toronto Academy of Dentistry Winter Clinic. The morning session is limited attendance to OSE members. The fees associated with the morning lecture, and the luncheon, are covered by your OSE annual dues. If you are interested in attending the afternoon exhibits and/or lectures, of the Winter Clinic, please pre-register by either using the form in the Winter Clinic program, or online at the Toronto Academy website. You must identify yourself as an OSE member to qualify for the special afternoon-only fee of $160.00 and use a special code, which you can obtain from me (Jose A. Da Costa) prior to registering.

Dr. Fred Barnett is currently Chairman and Program Director, at The I.B. Bender Division of Postdoctoral Endodontics, Albert Einstein Medical Center, Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, and Vice-Chairman of the Maxwell S. Fogel Department of Dental Medicine, at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Barnett received his Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1981, and his Diplomate status from the American Board of Endodontics in 1986. As well as maintaining an active, private endodontic, practice in Philadelphia, Dr. Barnett is a sitting member of the Research and Scientific Affairs committee of the American Association of Endodontists, and of the Research Committee of the Albert Einstein Medical Center. In the recent past he was a sitting member of the Continuing Education, and the Research and Scientific affairs committees of the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Barnett is currently on the editorial board of the prestigious journal, Dental Traumatology, and an associate editor of the Journal of Endodontics. Dr. Barnett has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, chapters and texts.
